Popular Afrobeat singer Terry G recently came out to reveal that he has finally decided to quit music.
In a video which he shared on his Instagram page, he disclosed that the musical scene has been quite a journey for him but he has decided to back out since it wasn’t working out for him.
He also revealed that he was no longer interested in continuing to pursue his career as it was not a successful one. Now recall that about a week ago Terry G had cried out to other industry colleagues expressing his need for help. He pleaded with them that for assistance to advance his musical career.
However, he also went on to express how nobody in the musical industry had reached out to him since his downfall in the musical industry. Now also recall that some days ago too, after his statement, he was spotted in a video with a stripper dancing and vibing with her while the stripper twerked on him.
This also made netizens question the authenticity of his cry for help seeing as he appeared to have already moved on. Last year, in 2024 December, Terry G had also come out to reveal that he had decided to quit smoking.
He expressed that it had been 100 long days since he last smoked and that this was a journey that he hoped to continue. Nigerians and netizens in general took to congratulating him for achieving such great feat.
