Popular fashion influencer Cute Gemini has been in troubled waters since her ex-boyfriend Lil Frosh shared screenshots where she was begging for them to get back together. Since then, she has been facing a lot of backlash, and had to even disable her comment section at some point.
However, in a recent post, the fashion influencer seems to have caught her bearing as she defended herself. She wrote; ‘I AM NOT RUNNING OR HIDING FROM ANYTHING OR ANYONE! I WILL STAND ON THE TRUTH AS I HAVE ALWAYS DONE. I WILL NOT BE INTIMIDATED OR BULLIED BY ANY ONE OF YOU! WHATEVER THE CASE MAY BE. BRING IT ON!!! I AM GREATER THAN YOUR EVIL VICES. YOUR HATRED TOWARDS ME WILL ONLY BE A STEPPING STONE FOR ME TO CLIMB TO GREATER HEIGHTS!’
It is clear that the post Cute Gemini made was in response to the backlash she has been facing since Lil Frosh’s revelation, and it may also be aimed at the singer for bringing the internet’s wrath down on her.
The public relationship between Lil Frosh and Cute Gemini has never been pretty for once. Right before their public fallout in 2020, there was little to no evidence of the former couple being together. The first huge public appearance they made was chaotic to say the least, as there were allegations of physical abuse and pictures showing Cute Gemini with a swollen face.
While Cute Gemini is currently facing public backlash, Lil Frosh also has had his fair share of public backlash that had a negative impact on his career, and even got him dropped by Davido’s record label. For the past three years, Lil Frosh went from one of the top trending upcoming artist with a lot of visibility to a zero impact singer. He has however regained Davido’s favor after apologizing for slapping Cute Gemini over disrespecting his mother.
