Nollywood actor, Deyemi Okanlawon has expressed gratitude to his friends, Adesua Etomi and Kunle Remi.

The new father of three revealed that he woke up to a huge alert from them, which has left him utterly speechless. Sharing a screenshot of the credit alert, Adesua Etomi had gifted him N200,000 in support of the project. Deyemi noted how the wife of Banky W was about to make him cry with her sweet gesture.

He stated that he would rather focus on the fact that he has the best friends and colleagues in the world.

Giving a special shout-out to Adesua and Kunle Remi, he appreciated them as he promised to be nice in his captions. He noted how they and others have supported his Road to 1 Billion campaign.

A few days back, Deyemi Okanlawon had made a public appeal to the Box office Queen, Funke Akindele.

Taking to his Instagram page, he penned a heartfelt message to her, noting that though they are currently beefing, she should remember the times he was there for her when no one else was there.

Calling her his darling Lefty, Deyemi appealed to her to urge her fans to watch his new movie.

Recently, Deyemi reflected on his early career days as he paid tribute to veteran, Kunle Bantefa.

Taking to his Instagram page, he shared a photo of himself with the veteran as he recounted how he stepped into the world of filming when he was 8/9 years old.

He revealed that his first time on set was for a family commercial which had veteran actress, Sola Sobowale playing the role of his mother and his brother, Detola Okanlawon playing his brother although he ended up disgracing him with his tears as he couldn’t get his lines.
