Bishop Oyedepo, the founder of Living Faith Church, recently shared the secrets behind his church’s remarkable prosperity during a sermon. He highlighted that the church’s consistent and generous donations during times of crisis have played a significant role.
Oyedepo mentioned that his church has provided substantial relief aid to countries like Liberia and Sierra Leone during wars, and also during the bomb blast incident in Ikeja. He noted that the Red Cross recognized Living Faith Church as one of the largest donors in such relief efforts.
He emphasized that the prosperity the church enjoys today is the result of seeds sown in the past, which are now bearing good fruit.
In an earlier sermon in May 2024, Bishop Oyedepo warned against the activities of Yahoo Boys, stating that their lifestyle leads to bitterness and destruction. He stressed the importance of integrity and the principle of sowing and reaping.
Additionally, Oyedepo’s son recently shared his personal struggle with pornography, which sparked mixed reactions. He recounted how a trip abroad triggered his battle, but he was able to overcome it with God’s help. He expressed a desire to help others who might be struggling similarly.
