Details have emerged regarding Victor Boniface’s impending move from Bayer Leverkusen to AC Milan.
According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, both clubs have reached a verbal agreement for the deal, which will see the Nigerian striker join the Serie A side on loan, with a €30 million buy option included. However, the clause is not mandatory.
AC Milan are now working on the formal documents while holding direct talks with Boniface’s representatives to finalize personal terms, which is the last step before the transfer is completed.
Romano confirmed the development on Wednesday via X, stating
“AC Milan and Bayer Leverkusen preparing formal documents after verbal agreement for Victor Boniface. Loan deal with €30m buy option clause not mandatory. AC Milan now in direct talks with Victor Boniface’s agent over personal terms, key final step to get the deal done.”
