Tim Howard Reveals Four Clubs That Could Win the Premier League Next Season

Former USA goalkeeper Tim Howard has tipped Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, and Manchester City as the leading contenders for the Premier League title next season.

Arsenal, runners-up for the last three seasons, are chasing their first league crown since 2004. Chelsea, fresh from winning the Club World Cup last month, are expected to pose a serious challenge.

Liverpool, the defending champions, have strengthened with key signings, while City — who lost their crown last season after four straight title wins — remain a major threat.

Speaking to Sky Sports, Howard said:

“Liverpool, for me, are the frontrunners. They’ve made incredible signings and will start the season flying, I know it.
But I can’t bet against Pep Guardiola — City have only had one bad season under him and could bounce back.
Arsenal have also done amazing business; they got their No.9 (Viktor Gyökeres) so they could really challenge.”
