Lookman is reportedly pushing for a summer move to Inter Milan and has already left Italy after missing several training sessions.
According to Football Italia, Atalanta have prepared legal action against the winger, including a hefty fine, describing his behaviour as “completely unacceptable.”
Inter are expected to return with an improved offer for the 26-year-old after their initial bid was rejected last week.
