Manchester United winger Alejandro Garnacho has made it clear that Chelsea is his preferred destination should he depart Old Trafford in the ongoing summer transfer window.
According to The Athletic, Chelsea have already opened transfer talks with United and are stepping up their efforts to sign the Argentina international.
Garnacho, who fell out of favour under United manager Ruben Amorim last year before being reintegrated into the squad, could be on the move as the club reshapes its attacking options.
United are reportedly close to finalizing a deal for Benjamin Sesko from RB Leipzig, with an agreement already reached with the Slovenian forward. Sesko’s arrival could pave the way for Garnacho’s exit before the transfer window closes next month.
