Famous Nollywood actress, Laide Bakare has taken to the internet to call out the Nigeria police.
Laide in a now viral post on her Instagram page on Sunday, accused the police of brutality.
The Yoruba actress explained that the incident happened on Saturday along the Ikorodu Expressway.
âFor the first time, I experienced the brutal way Nigerians are being treated along that axis.
âI cannot imagine how someone with a brain and sanity will drive someoneâs car away with a minor in it.
âA lot is happening in this country that needs to be attended to. My daughter was left terrified because of the incident.
âThe police targeted only big cars and vulnerable people to exploit and rob. Just because they needed our ATM card to take out N70,000,â she alleged.
