Nigerian singer Simi is severing ties with individuals she deems predatory, amid the ongoing social media drama involving her colleagues, Davido and Tiwa Savage.
In a post that has since been deleted from her Instagram page, the singer explicitly expressed her desire to distance herself from those who persist in supporting predatory individuals. Simi clarified that by “predatory,” she refers to individuals attempting to acquire something that rightfully belongs to someone else.
Simi emphasized the importance of using one’s senses and made it clear that there is no room for excuses when it comes to choosing not to associate with those who support such behavior. She conveyed a personal stance on the matter, stating, “I really want nothing to do with people that continue to support predatory people, especially publicly. There comes a time in life when you have to choose to use your senses. No excuses. And it is personal.”
