“All the APC governors are solidly behind Mr. President,” Uzodinma said. “To that extent, governors are expected to deliver their states.” He added pointedly: “Not one of us are in total agreement, we are united. We are supporting Mr. President’s re-election. We are supporting the success of the election.”
It’s a message with two layers: not just an endorsement, but an assignment. Each governor is now on record as personally responsible for delivering his own state’s votes.
The New Structure: A Presidential Election Council
The more consequential detail buried in the announcement is the creation of a presidential election council. According to Uzodinma, Tinubu formally briefed the governors on the council’s formation during the meeting, and it received the group’s unanimous backing.
“The upcoming election, the constitution of the presidential election council, which the president informed us officially, and we are in total agreement,” Uzodinma said. “What we have agreed with Mr. President is that he will be delivered.”

“Reduce the cost of living in Nigeria this is the cost of transportation, food security, agriculture bring prosperity to the people, ensure that the dividends of the various reforms we have gotten over years trickles down to the people,” Uzodinma said.
