“I Stand By My Allegations” — Odumodublvck Refuses to Back Down After Blaqbonez’s Interview
The Odumodublvck-Blaqbonez saga has taken another sharp turn. Reacting to Blaqbonez’s recent interview addressing the ongoing dispute between them, Odumodublvck posted a lengthy statement making his position unmistakably clear: “TO SET THE RECORD STRAIGHT. THAT INTERVIEW CHANGED NOTHING. DON’T GET AHEAD OF YOURSELF. MY POSITION HAS NOT CHANGED. I STAND BY MY ALLEGATIONS OF SEXUAL ABUSE, SEXUAL HARASSMENT AND THREATS. IF ANYTHING, THAT INTERVIEW RAISED FURTHER QUESTIONS ABOUT THE INCONSISTENCY OF YOUR ACCOUNT. WE ARE STILL TAKING THIS MATTER TO COURT. No criminal charges have been filed against Blaqbonez in connection with them, and a related police matter did not result in prosecution. How We Got Here
Once close collaborators on tracks like “Tesla Boy,” “Dollars in the Bank,” and “Technician,” the relationship between the two rappers deteriorated significantly over the past two years, eventually spilling into diss tracks like “ACL” and “2:02 PM IN LONDON,” and even physical confrontations caught on video in London.
Things escalated sharply in June 2026, when Odumodublvck publicly accused Blaqbonez of sexual abuse in a series of posts on X, alleging that influential figures within the Nigerian music industry were protecting Blaqbonez and hiding the allegations. He named several industry figures including music journalist Motolani Alake, talent executive Bizzle Osikoya, Chocolate City Music, and media personality Kemi Smallz alleging they knew about the claims but stayed silent, without presenting supporting evidence publicly.
Blaqbonez’s legal team, Punuka Attorneys & Solicitors, responded on July 7, 2026 with a pre-action letter accusing Odumodublvck of defamation, harassment, and repeated threatening statements, arguing the posts exposed their client to “public ridicule, hatred, contempt and opprobrium.” Blaqbonez is now pursuing a ₦2.55 billion lawsuit, seeking a court declaration that Odumodublvck’s statements are false and defamatory, perpetual injunctions against further publications, deletion of the offending posts, and a public apology.
A Third Voice Enters the Story
On August 19, 2026, a woman identified as Fejiro Onohwosa who Blaqbonez had referenced in his recent interview released her own public statement, alleging two years of harassment, cyberstalking, threats, and the non-consensual sharing of private video content by Blaqbonez. She said she filed a police petition through solicitors in late 2024 and plans to pursue the matter in court.She further alleged that ending her relationship with Blaqbonez turned into what she described as harassment and bullying, and that the situation escalated into what she called “revenge porn” concerns, which she reported to police.
Blaqbonez, for his part, has described their connection as a non-exclusive arrangement lasting roughly a year, said he later discovered her connection to Odumodublvck and withdrew from the situation, and maintains that the sexual-abuse allegations stemming from all of this are false, defamatory, and disconnected from what actually happened. He’s directly challenged her to produce evidence, writing: “Show the evidence of sexual abuse like you and your man clearly stated… I already answered everything in that interview. If you can’t wait for court go tell your story to Rufai Oseni with required evidence, let’s see if it would hold water in front of a brilliant host.”
Where Things Stand Now
Both sides remain firmly entrenched. Odumodublvck insists his allegations are accurate and says the courts will vindicate him. Blaqbonez insists the claims are fabricated, defamatory, and financially and reputationally damaging, and is actively pursuing a multi-billion-naira lawsuit to prove it. A third party has now added her own separate, serious allegations into the mix, further complicating an already tangled situation.
